Most - but not all - of our dogs have been rescued from northern communities where they are often hungry, in need of shelter, and looking for a forever family to love and care for them.
Can you provide this wonderful home?
PLEASE READ EVERYTHING BELOW BEFORE SUBMITTING AN ADOPTION APPLICATION.
Our rescue organization takes pride in the fact that our adoption fees are low. We do this by fundraising throughout the year. Adult dogs (over five months) are all spayed/neutered, have a complete set of vaccinations and are microchipped. Their adoption fee is $325. Dogs under five months are considered puppies and will have one or two sets of vaccinations, be microchipped and are spayed/neutered. The fee is $325.
The first thing that we ask you to do is read the questions and the agreements below to make sure you understand what is involved in adopting a Paws for Love dog. After you fill out our online application, you may be contacted to arrange a meeting with the dog or puppy and then a home visit will be scheduled. There is no guarantee that because you have filled out the form that you will get a dog. We try to match our dogs with the very best homes possible. Dogs come into our care daily, if not weekly, so please don't be discouraged if you aren't chosen. Check our website and Facebook page regularly for new dogs.
Thank you!
